Realme has recently announced the C55, the latest addition to the C series of smartphones, in Indonesia. The Realme C55 comes with a 90Hz display, Mediatek Helio G88 chipset and more. Here’s everything you need to know about Realme C55.
Realme C55: Price, availability
Realme C55 will be available in three different colour options, namely Sun Shower, Rainy Night, and Rainforest. The Realme C55 starts at 2,49,9000 Indonesian Rupiah (around Rs 13,315). The smartphone is set to be launched in Indonesia and will be available for sale from March 8th, 2023.

Realme C55 features a 6.72-inch FHD+ IPS LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, and up to 680 nits of brightness.
With the Realme C55, the company has introduced the mini capsule, a take on iPhone 14 Pro’s Dynamic Island. The company says that the mini capsule seamlessly provides crucial details such as the status of phone battery charge, notifications for low battery, data consumption, as well as the number of steps taken and walking distance covered throughout the day.
The phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G88 12nm processor with Dual 2GHz Cortex-A75 + Hexa 2GHz 6x Cortex-A55 CPUs and an ARM Mali-G52 GPU. The device comes with either 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage or 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB of storage, both of which are expandable up to 1TB with a microSD card. The Realme C55 runs on Android 13 with Realme UI 4.0.
The smartphone boasts a 5000mAh battery with 33W SuperVOOC fast charging support.
In terms of cameras, the Realme C55 comes with a 64MP primary camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and an LED flash at the back. The front camera is an 8MP shooter.
The smartphone supports dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS + GLONASS, USB Type-C, and NFC. The C55 also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 3.5mm audio jack.
